As the founder of 11th Hour Concierge, it is our mission to constantly and consistently exceed our client’s expectations. We do that by providing superior customer service.  I understand that customer service is a lost art.  With over fourteen years of experience in maintaining and managing client relations I understand the value of a satisfied client. Time is priceless; it is made up of moments in life that you will never get back. Stopping to go to the market, sitting on the phone with the rude travel agent or dealing with all of life’s other chores require time. Too often, bad customer service equates to wasted time.
